Summary

Description
English: Broomhill station on the Strathspey Steam Railway, Scotland. This was closed in the Beeching cuts but has been gradually restotred and re-opened by enthusiasts who now run their steam (mainly) trains between Aviemore and Broomhill, through Boat of Garten. The station at Broomhill was used for the BBC's Monarch of The Glen series when Archie would arrive from London at "GlenBogle". There are signs at the station for both real and fictional names. The Strathspey Steam railway intends extending the line to Grantown on Spey, which is 4 miles further on from Broomhill.
