Prozeß gegen Westberliner Terroristen vor dem Obersten Gericht der DDR
Vor dem ersten Strafsenat des Obersten Gerichts der DDR begann am Vormittag des 27. Dezember 1962 ein Prozeß gegen das leitende Mitglied einer Westberliner Terrororganisation, den 24jährigen Harry Seidel, der an planmäßig organisierten Provokationen gegen die DDR-Staatsgrenze teilgenommen und gegen das Gesetz zum Schutze des Friedens verstossen hat.
