Aus Oberschlesien zurückflutende deutsche Streitkräfte werden nach Breslau, das zur Festung erklärt wurde, zur Verteidigung der Stadt herangezogen. Unser Bild vom 2.2.1945 zeigt ankommende deutsche Einheiten. (Breslau wurde am 15.2. von den sowjetischen Truppen eingeschlossen und kapitulierte nach sinnlosem Widerstand am 6.5.1945).
