For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Deutsch: Drontheim Norwegen, deutscher Hauptfeldwebel "Spieß" (hier im Dientgrad: Oberfeldwebel (OR-7)) vor britische Kriegsgefangene.
Scherl UBz.: Gefangene Engländer, die zunächst in Drontheim in Gefangenenlagern untergebracht wurden.
