English: A bureau cabinet of stinkwood and chestnut (height 252 cm, width 133 cm, depth 70 cm) has Cape silver keyplates dating from circa 1800. This bureau was made at the Cape of Good Hope (1750-1760) and stands in the drawing room of Koopmans-de Wet House, Cape Town.
