Summary

Description
English: Originally this area was used for a mobile home park for the 'free' people that worked at the prison. In the 80's it was designated as a visiting area for trustee inmates to visit with their friends and family. Visiting here was discontinued around 2004-2005 and is occasionally used for picnics and the Annual Easter Egg Hunt for children of Angola officers that reside on the prison grounds.
