Object history
Français : En 2011, les quatre anciennes communes de Fontanezier, Romairon, Vaugondry et Villars-Burquin ont fusionné sous le nouveau nom de Tévenon. Lors de cette fusion, un nouveau blason a été choisi, sans aucune référence à l'un des précédents. Le mont de sinople fait référence à la chaîne de collines « En Tévenon », d'où provient le nouveau nom de la commune.
Deutsch: Seit 2011 sind die vier Gemeinden Fontanezier, Romairon, Vaugondry und Villars-Burquin unter dem neuen Namen Tévenon vereinigt. Bei diesem Zusammenschluss wurde ein neues Wappen gewählt, das ohne jeden Bezug zu einem der bisherigen auskommt. Der grüne Einberg bezieht sich auf den Hügelzug "En Tévenon", von dem sich der neue Gemeindenamen herleitet.
