English: Making a sourdough starter needs patience, dedication and passion for achieving that perfect loaf. It took me three months to perfect what I call true bread making art. In the end I was talking to the starter, literally cajoling it to overcome the constraints of having to manage with standard equipment at home while I longed for a dutch over and a sourdough basket, neither of which I can afford. So I used steel bowls to bake the bread and give it the desired shape and after many false starts (One loaf tasted like I had added tamarind to it) and forcing my family to eat the bread and give me feedback I now have the perfect bread that I make every week. Its a great feeling
