Notes
- Note that the name of Churchill, Manitoba has been corrected from the original CIA map (had been "Churchhill").
- Town/lake names and coordinate numbers have been enlarged from the original map by nearly 20%.
- Greenland and Russia have been re-colored, different from the color of the United States.
- Those various Canada-towns map files are purposely in GIF format to support animation features, and they should not be deleted into PNG-format files.
