Description
English: Carlos Vega Park in the South Holyoke neighborhood of Holyoke, Massachusetts. Named for the former Ecuadorian activist and Nueva Esperanza founder, Carlos Vega, who was instrumental in advocating for improvements in the neighborhood and The Flats in the late 20th century. Prior to 2012 it was simply known as "Hamilton Street Park" for its location.
