Chandra X-ray image of the core of the Centaurus cluster (inner 6.7 arcmin), this image was made from 200ks of combined data, and smoothed with a Gaussian of 1 arcsec. It shows the X-ray emission in the 0.4 to 7 keV band and has been exposure-map corrected.
