Español: El antiguo mercado principal de Maracaibo de 1866 que fue consumido por un incendio fue remplazado en 1928 por una estructura pre fabricada de hierro traída desde Inglaterra y hoy en día esta estructura es ocupada por un completo centro cultural para la ciudad y el país.
En esta foto se observa una de sus particulares torres y en primer plano una obra de arte urbano de la artista Lía Bermúdez.
