DescriptionChislett stone 2020 photo by Dale Jarvis.jpg
English: An example of a marble grave marker carved by Chislett Marble Works of St. John's, Newfoundland. The stone bears a clasped hands motif, above the phrase "We Shall Meet Again." The tombstone is inscribed: "In loving memory of Eliza beloved wife of John Morgan who died April 15, 1920 aged 36 years. Sweet is the passage to the tomb / where Jesus leads the way / A moment of brief interval / And then begins eternal day." The stone is located in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Clarke's Beach, Newfoundland. Photo taken 18 July 2020 by Dale Gilbert Jarvis.
