Description
English: Christchurch, in May 1860. Looking south, with the Avon River in the middle ground and a bridge over it at Worcester Street on the right. The old land office is left of the bridge. On the left is a short stretch of Oxford Terrace. Inwood's flour-mill is beyond the land office and St Michael's (still there in 2011) further in the background, to the right of the mill building.
