This is a 1960 Lincoln Premiere. I sort of wimped out to avoid the Continental Controversy during this 1958-1960 period. Continentals were advertised as still separate from Lincoln, but shared bodies with Lincolns differing mainly in trim and roofline. Most Continentals had a reverse slant retractable rear window. Continental had Mark III, IV, and V for each year, but when Lincoln introduced its personal luxury car in 1969 they ignored the previous Mark designations and named the new model the Continental Mark III. Some sources state that these 1958 - 1960 models were the largest unibody cars built.
