This SLC trip also introduced me to Fry Sauce -- which, I'm told, is mayonnaise and ketchup and occasionally a little relish. So, basically, Thousand Island dressing. Right? The lighting in Crown Burgers, by the way, made everything an awesomely washed-out yellow that made the real food in front of us look like it was a 15-year-old example photograph above the counter." |
