Description
English: USS Culgoa (1898–1922, later AF-3) off Boston Navy Yard, Charlestown, MA, on 1 October 1901. She flies a long homeward bound pennant from the top of her mainmast, marking the end of a voyage from the Philippines. This is a cleaned and straightened version of the original photographic print.
