Rationale for use on wikipedia:	It is believed this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information since the production sketch is from a copyrighted game. The sketch does not replace the original market role of the game and use of the image is believed not to affect the copyright holder in any way. The sketch has previously been published (see source) but is believed not to affect the copyright holder in any way. The image meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
Resolution:	The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial and/or publicity purpose of the original artwork.
