The building has two canopies extending from the SE corners of the main building that historically covered the gas pump islands. They both angle up slightly as they get closer to the street. The western canopy is rectangular in shape, while the southern canopy is shaped like a parallelogram with the southern edge of the canopy shifted westward in relation to the main building.
