- No free alternative can exist given the likeness of the character Deathstrike is a trademark and thus protected;
- It is a low resolution copy of a movie picture;
- The image was released to the media to promote the film in question X2;
- It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the movie in any way;
- The image is significant; actress Kelly Hu portraying Deathstrike, ultimately proving how important Deathstrike is in the Marvel Comics universe, especially to the "X-Men" franchise. This is why a picture of Deathstrike/Kelly Hu should be included in the article.
