English: Derby Castle horse tram terminus Enclosed horse car No 27 has just arrived. The enclosed horse cars are only used when the weather is cold, wet or windy. Car No 27 is one of a batch of three, all of which still exist, built by G F Milnes of Birkenhead in 1892, to a very high standard for that time.
