Summary

Description
English: Built by sultan Kasim, a ruler of the Ak Koyunlu Turkmen tribe, this is a 15th century mosque, of which the minaret is placed on four columns, hence its name of "four footed minaret" (Dört Ayaklı Minare).

The name of the mosque has several variations, the Wikipedia gives Sheikh Matar Mosque or Sheikh Mutahhar Mosque (Turkish: Şeyh Matar Camii, Kurdish: Mizgefta Şêx Matar‎ or Mizgefta Şêx Mutahar) and a guidebook I use a lot gives Kasim Padishah Mosque too.

This is the minaret, high on its four "feet"
