DescriptionDuddeston Station - sculptures - faces (7264310406).jpg
I went to Duddeston Station to go to the Open Day at the Dollman Street Stores of the Museum Collection Centre.
The station is in the Vauxhall area of the city (near Nechells).
The station was first opened in 1837 when it was known as Vauxhall & Duddeston. It used to have a carriage shed but that has long since been demolished.
It has two derelict and over grown platforms not in use (tracks have been lifted / removed there).
This was when I arrived.
The man on the train said that the way I was going wasn't the way out (I knew that, but first I wanted to get some shots before heading to Dollman Street).
