DescriptionEquipment rooms at Chilbolton Observatory - geograph.org.uk - 811894.jpg
English: Equipment rooms at Chilbolton Observatory There are two portakabin-like structures, raised on circular concrete pillars, facing each other, exactly 500 metres apart. The other one can be seen on the horizon to the right of the one in the foreground. The use of them cannot be discerned from study of the otherwise interesting Chilbolton Observatory web site http://www.chilbolton.rl.ac.uk/
The main 25m steerable parabolic dish is off-picture right.
