Description Decreto Municipal Nº.63 del 23 de junio de 1986: "Decidido a "Establecido como un disco escudo oficial de Cusco llamada "placa de Echenique Y "Prohibir cualquier representación requerida por el escudo heráldico de la conquista del Cusco.
