Español: Escudo municipal de San Bernardo (Chile), según la descripción:cuartelado en cruz en que el primero y el cuarto son ajedrezados en plata y rojo, que simboliza el campo de batalla de Maipo. En el segundo cuarto en fondo de oro, tres cerros en verde que representan a los cerros de Chena y en su base tres cintas de plata en fondo de azul y en primer plano una campiña. Este cuarto fue tomado del antiguo sello municipal y simboliza Tres Acequias, el asentamiento más antiguo del sector. Sobre el tercer cuarto en fondo de oro posee en su centro un árbol y a su pie una loba amamanta a dos cachorros, que representa el escudo de armas de la familia de don Domingo Eyzaguirre, fundador de la ciudad. Sobre los cuatro cuartos y en su centro, un escudo rojo con tres estrellas de oro de cinco puntas adornadas de laureles de oro, en homenaje al general O’Higgins y sobre el escudo un penacho tricolor. Sobre el escudo general el timbre, la corona mural de oro de las municipalidades de Chile. [1]
