    Summary

    Description
English: Europasaurus is an example of insular dwarfism, the tendency for large-bodied species to become smaller over the course of their evolution, when isolated such as in small islands. Originally thought to be juvenile individuals upon initial discovery, adult Europasaurus specimens were found to be only about 6 m in length.
