Awarded to military personnel and employees of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, who have worked in the MES of Russia for at least 3 years and in some instances - other citizens of Russia, for high performance in service in the prevention and extinguishing of fires, for displaying courage, determination and professionalism. |
