English: Alabama Air National Guard F-16 Fighting Falcons fly in formation with Romanian Air Force MiG-21 Lancers during a training mission near 71st Air Base, Campia Turzii, Romania, during Exercise Dacian Viper, Oct. 23, 2015. Four F-16 Fighting Falcons and approximately 150 Airmen from the 187th Fighter Wing are participating in Dacian Viper, a training deployment to Romania designed to increase readiness to conduct combined air operations and to meet future security challenges. The ANG State Partnership Program supports combatant commander and embassy security cooperation objectives by pairing a state's National Guard with a partner nation's military.
