Description
English: Norfork, AR, March 26, 2008 -- Piles if insulation and carpeting, stripped from the interior of a home inundated by more than 36 inches of White River floodwaters, are stacked at the curb awaiting removal from the area. This home, along with an estimated 70 others in Baxter county, were affected by a severe weather system that swept across Arkansas in mid-March and dumped as much as 12 inches of rain over a two day period in some regions.
