Description
English: "Fair Avenue Elementary School was constructed in 1890 for $32,692.00. Columbus architect, Frank L. Packard, was paid $672 for designing the Richardson Romanesque building. The school was expanded in 1900 and 1957 and underwent remodeling in 1949 and 1953. The school closed in 2010 and was auctioned off on May 7, 2013. The school is now the elementary/middle school for the A+ Arts Academy that offers arts programs designed to provide experiences in the visual and performing arts."
