It's equivalent to Pakistan's Hilal-i-Jurat. Recipients include Colonel Sher Ahmed Khan, Colonel Nasrullah Khan, Brigadier Aslam Khan, Lieutenant Colonel Masud Khan, and Major Mir Bad Shah Mehsud. |
