Summary

Description
English: Republica Mista (Mixed Republic) by Tomás Fernández de Medrano, dedicated to the 1st Duke of Lerma. Fray Juan de Salazar states that Don Juan Fernández de Medrano y Sandoval, from the house of the Lords of Valdeosera, is the one who assumes the paternity of this book, which appeared in Madrid in 1602 under the label of República Mista. However, he concludes by saying that from what the cover says, the work was written by his father, Tomás Fernández de Medrano.[1]
