Español: Retrato del marino español Fernando Casado de Torres e Irala (1754-1829), que fue jefe de escuadra y comandante general del Cuerpo de Ingenieros de la Real Armada Española. El retratado aparece de pie y de cuerpo entero y con el uniforme grande de jefe de escuadra, que era común para el Ejército y la Armada, como comandante general del cuerpo de Ingenieros. Además, lleva faja con entorchado y la banda y la placa de la Gran Cruz de la Orden de San Hermenegildo, y en la parte inferior del lienzo consta extensa leyenda con el resumen de sus servicios.
