This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. I believe that this image is fair use, as:

1. The image is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell or market the work in any way.
3. It is solely being used for informational purposes.
