«Se adopta mediante el Acuerdo No. 58 de 1991, con las siguientes medidas: 1.80 metros de largo por 1.20 metros de ancho y el modelo que a continuación se describe:

Un triángulo verde (pasto) que se colocará en la parte izquierda, debe medir de base 1.60 metros, de altura 1 metro y de hipotenusa 1.90 metros.

Un triángulo azul (celeste) debe ir colocado en la parte derecha y tendrá las mismas dimensiones que el anterior.

Una franja blanca, se colocará en forma de diagonal uniendo los triángulos, con dirección descendente de izquierda a derecha, tendrá un ancho de 28 cms., terminando en una arista de 20 cms. por cada lado».
