Описание: Флаг г. Суровикино представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба г. Суровикино в темно-красном и желтом цветах. Оборотная сторона флага является зеркальным отображением его лицевой стороны.
Утверждён решением Совета депутатов городского поселения «город Суровикино» «О гербе и флаге городского поселения города Суровикино» от 02 сентября 2008 года № 23/2.
