The former Columbia Hospital (now in use as the Clatsop Care Center), at 646 16th Street in Astoria, Oregon, is a contributing resource in the Shively-McClure Historic District, listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by John E. Wicks and built in 1926–27.
