Summary

Description
English: SleepApnea org Presents SLEEP DISTURBANCES AMONG VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES

Sleep Apnea does not discriminate. As new sleep studies expand our knowledge, so expands the Sleep Apnea Community, revealing common symptoms and comorbidities, but also large discrepancies in attitude, diagnosis and treatment. Recently, researchers at NYU Langone conducted an in-depth study on the effects of poor sleep health among notoriously underserved communities. Their findings are revealing, and essentially hopeful.
