Imperial letter praying for the growth of Tō-ji temple, written in the emperor's own handwriting one year after entering the priesthood. One rolled scroll, ink on paper. Located at Tō-ji, Kyoto, Japan. The item has been designated as National Treasure of Japan in the category ancient documents.
