English: Inauguration days at the Gotthard Base Tunnel, south portal. One of the first passenger trains traversing the tunnel from Erstfeld to Bodio, allowing the public to cross the Alps in 20 minutes for the first time, and to move between the temporary exhibitions held at each end of the tunnel.
