Summary

Description Staffordshire Moorlands north of Grindon. The village of Butterton may be seen centre-left. Butterton Moor may be seen to the left, Grindon Moor being just off the picture, to the left. The far skyline (centre-right) is Derbyshire beyond the upper section of the River Dove. The distant skyline to the left may be Merryton Low, beyond Warslow.
