Description
English: Flat stone bearing one hand print of Phaya lama, at Sang Monastery. Phaya lama, was a prominent lama from Tibet. He is said to have stayed in this Gonpa for some years. The Lama spent most of his time meditating in a cave situated at a nearby ravine. Sang Monastery “Karma Dubgyu Chokhorling Monastery, Sikkim built in 1912 AD. Sang Monastery belongs to Kagyupa sect of Vajrayana Buddhism
