Summary

Description
English: Guantanamo captive Hussein Salem Mohammed attended his 2006 Administrative Review Board hearing. He spoke, at length, about his medical condition. Almost all of this page, starting at the second paragraph, discusses his medical condition. This transcript was originally prepared by DoD personnel, and, as such I believe it is in the public domain. The New York Times imaged it from the orginal PD source, so I believe the image they made is also in the public domain.
