Vm:   Midpoint Voltage - used for calculating noise margins, gain, and other parameters


I am the author (Nader Moussa). I constructed this data from a device I built for my ECE442 class at North Carolina State University. This is a Voltage Transfer Curve used to analyze a digital inverter circuit. The data represents a general behavior for similar devices. Since I am the author, I release it to public domain.
