DescriptionJimWoodringDrawing.jpg
English: Jim Woodring working on a drawing at the Fantagraphics Bookstore and Gallery in Georgetown, Seattle, Washington, USA during a 2007 event called "Friends of the Nib".
His informal drawing group, The Friends of The Nib(who meet each Wednesday night at The Cafe Racer in the University district) put on a night of cooperative cartooning, often working on one story with multiple artists. This event had been held twice at the bookstore with good sized crowds watching, with guest artists such as Kim Deitch and Pat Moriarity adding to the art as well.
