    I believe this videogame screenshot should be considered fair-use because:-

    1. It is used solely to improve the article's quality.
    2. An image for this game was requested on it's talk page.
    3. The image used is my own creation and was taken from an emulator at the time and date stated above.
    4. A free use image for this game does not exist.
