A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2007, at the Washington Navy Yard to discuss a juror from the panel of Marine and Navy officers that in April convicted Kenny Ray Morrison of sexually assaulting a fellow a midshipman in 2006. The juror says he has "concerns" about the way deliberations were conducted, an attorney for the midshipman said."
