English: Diagram A shows that errors will occur when 3 keys are pressed simultaneously, if they are situated in three corners of a rectangle. A phantom "ghost" key press is erroneously detected in the fourth corner. These errors can be eliminated by placing a diode in series with each key switch (Diagram B). |
