English: A monumental planispheric astrolabe made for Shah Jahan, Punjab, Lahore, 1648–58 AD. From the Nasser D. Khalili Collection of Islamic Art. This has become known as "The Khalili Astrolabe".

most probably the work of Diya’ al-Din Muhammad Lahuri with six plates

diameter 52.6 cm height 60.2 cm (excluding shackle and suspension ring)
